Coronavirus Update 2
In light of the recent situation Willow Electrical Supply is taking measures to protect our customers and our employees. Starting next week Monday, March 30th the following policies will be implemented:
-We will not be processing any returns until April 7th or further notice. Our return Grace period will be extended. In addition, there will be no re-stocking fees on late returns.
-Customers need to place orders over the phone or via email only. Further, we’ll remain open but the showroom will be closed to the public. Once the order is placed and processed the warehouse team will get it ready for pickup. You’ll be able to pick it up in the Shipping & Receiving Area (just outside the warehouse). In addition we’ll have signs pointing to the designated area. Please respect this procedure as no customers are allowed in the warehouse.
-Starting April 4th our facilities will be closed for business on Saturdays. We’ll use this day as an opportunity to sanitize our facilities. We’re taking the current situation very seriously, and the safety of our staff and customers is very important to us. Thank you for understanding, and sorry for any inconvenience that this might bring.

Our deliveries will still go out as normal. We simply ask that you call in your order at your earliest convenience. In addition we ask that you place your order the day before. At the same time I’d like to apologize for any delays in the deliveries. By and large these are difficult times and we’re doing our best to get through. We’ll continue serving you to the best of our ability through these tough times.
